MrGPL Membership Agreement

This document is a necessary legal agreement between the site user and MrGPL.

Terms of Use

• Before using MrGPL’s services, the user must read these terms and conditions in full.
• MrGPL operates strictly in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
• Any use of MrGPL’s services implies that the user has read and accepted all terms of this agreement.
• The user also agrees that all relationships between the user and MrGPL (financial or non-financial transactions) are governed by this agreement.
• If the user does not fully agree with the site’s terms and conditions, they do not have the right to use MrGPL’s services.

Agreement

• This is the sole agreement between the user and MrGPL, and any other oral or written agreement is invalid.
• By accepting this agreement during registration and ordering, the user declares that they have read this text in full and understand that the terms of this agreement are essential for them.

Updating the Terms

• MrGPL may change or update the text on this page as needed.
• It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of the site’s terms and conditions.

Violations and Penalties

• Any violation of the terms by users will result in a warning and, if repeated, will result in the closure of their account.

Limited License Based on the terms of this agreement, MrGPL grants the user a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use its services. All rights, ownership, and interests related to MrGPL remain the exclusive property of this company.

User Obligations

The user agrees to act solely as a user of MrGPL’s services and has no ownership or rights to it.

Term of Validity

• This contract is valid for one year from the date of the user’s registration.
• If the user account is not blocked due to a violation of the site’s rules during this one-year period, the contract will be automatically renewed for subsequent one-year periods.

Conditions for Creating a User Account

• To use MrGPL services, every user, whether natural or legal, must create a user account.
• The minimum age for creating a user account is 18 years. Individuals under the age of 18 may only use the site’s services with the permission and supervision of their parents or legal guardian.

Commitments Regarding User Information

• The user agrees to provide accurate and complete information during registration and purchase.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered, and if the information is proven to be incorrect, MrGPL reserves the right to take legal action.
• The user is obligated to update their information in their user account if any changes occur. Until the new information is updated, the previous information will be used as the basis for action.

Limit on the Number of User Accounts

• Each user is allowed to create only one user account and can only register or make purchases using their email and phone number.

Responsibility for Password Security

• The user is required to choose their password during registration and keep it confidential.
• In case of any negligence or omission on the part of the user in keeping their password secure, the user will be fully responsible for any possible misuse of the user account.
• The user is obligated to notify MrGPL as soon as possible of any misuse of their user account.

Prohibition of Transferring User Accounts

• The user may not allow other natural or legal persons to use their user account or transfer it to another person.
• The responsibility for all activities carried out in the user account and related to MrGPL services lies with the person whose identity information is registered in the user account.

Responsibility for Legal Entities

• In the case of legal entities, the responsibility for using MrGPL services will lie with the managers of those organizations.

Communications

• The user is aware that after registration, they may receive SMS or email messages from MrGPL to introduce new products and services or to announce events.

Ownership and License to Use Content on MrGPL

Intellectual Property

• All content and products offered on the MrGPL website are the property of this company.
• The right to use and publish all available content is exclusively held by MrGPL.
• Any use of this content without the written permission of MrGPL will result in legal action.

License to Use Products

• By purchasing any product from MrGPL, the user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and unlimited license to use that product legally.
• The use of products is only permitted within the framework of the terms of this agreement.

Prohibition of Unauthorized Sale and Distribution

• The user agrees not to sell or distribute Mr GPL products on any other platform.
• Such actions will cause irreparable damage to Mr GPL.

Consequences of Breach

• If any unauthorized sale or distribution is detected, the user is obligated to pay all proceeds from the sale, as well as a monetary penalty.
• The amount of the penalty will be determined by legal authorities.

Content Liability

• Mr GPL makes every effort to provide accurate content on the website.
• However, Mr GPL, its managers, and employees make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this content.
• Mr GPL is not liable for any damages resulting from the disclosure of incorrect information, errors, bugs, or the use of this website’s services.

Liability for Links and Interruptions

• Mr GPL is not responsible for the removal of web pages or broken links.
• The company is also not responsible under any circumstances for delays or failures of the website due to natural causes, human error, internet problems, equipment failure, etc.
• The risk of using the website is borne by the user.

As-Is Provision

• Mr GPL services are provided “as is” and without any express or implied warranties.
• Mr GPL makes no warranties such as defect-free, security, etc. for its services.
• Any verbal or written warranty provided by unauthorized individuals within the organization is invalid.
• Mr GPL is not liable under any circumstances for incidents such as the loss of your website data.

Limitation of Damages

• The maximum recoverable damages for any service or product are equal to the cost paid for that product by the purchaser.
• Mr GPL is not liable for any damages in excess of this amount.

Dispute Resolution

• All disputes and claims arising from this agreement will first be settled through negotiation between the parties.
• In the event of disagreement or failure to reach a resolution within one month, either party may refer the dispute to the arbitration center of the Tehran Provincial Computer Systems Guild.
• The basis of judgment will be the text of this agreement.

Liability for Fraud

• If a user misuses the information of a third party’s account to make an unauthorized payment and cause damage to Mr GPL, the offender is obligated to pay ten times the total amount of damages.
• This amount includes attorney’s fees, travel expenses, litigation costs, and other costs related to pursuing the legal matter.

Refund

• Funds charged to the user’s wallet are non-refundable.
• Under circumstances that comply with the terms of this agreement, a refund for the product may be possible.

Membership Termination:

• Selling or distributing MrGPL products by any means.
• Registering with someone else’s email or phone number.
• Having more than one account (in this case, one account will be deleted at the discretion of MrGPL).
• Any action that damages the reputation of MrGPL.
• Insulting or defaming MrGPL or other users in any way (either through the user panel or cyberspace).
• Re-registering on the site after the account has been blocked.
• Advertising other brands or products or discussing other platforms.

User Account:

• If an account is blocked for any reason, it will not be possible to re-register, download purchased products, use active subscriptions, or receive support for purchased products.
• MrGPL may delete an account without giving a reason if no purchases are made from the site.

Comments:

• The comment section is for sharing experiences and asking questions about products. MrGPL may not approve or display comments that are not related to this purpose.
• MrGPL is not responsible for the accuracy of user comments. Comments are not technically reviewed by the MrGPL team, and users should not rely on them when making a purchase.
• Comments must be written in Persian, be respectful, and avoid insulting others. Users should not include website addresses, contact information, email addresses, or social media addresses in the comment text.
• Questions and comments in the comments section must be strictly related to the product. If advertising another product or website is detected, the account will be blocked, all account funds will be blocked, and the user will have no right to appeal.

Communications:

• All communications and notifications from MrGPL to the user will be through the MrGPL ticketing system.

Product Download:

• After payment, the user will have access to the product download links.
• Any problems with downloading the product or not being able to access the download link should be reported through the MrGPL ticketing system.
• The user must wait at least 72 hours for the problem to be resolved.

Order Completion:

• All orders are immediately changed to the completed status after payment, and the user gains access to the downloadable files.
• If any problems arise, they will be resolved for the user within 72 hours at the most.

Reporting a Problem:

• If the product is not delivered to the user within 72 hours, the user must notify MrGPL of the issue via a ticket within 7 days. Otherwise, no claims will be accepted.
• In case of special and uncontrollable circumstances, MrGPL may increase the user’s waiting time up to twice.

Order Cancellation:

• The buyer cannot request a cancellation of the order under any circumstances.

Responsibility:

• MrGPL is not responsible for the product not meeting the needs or the user not using the purchased product.

Inconsistency:

• If there is a discrepancy between the order and the description on the product page, the user must report it to MrGPL.
• MrGPL undertakes to correct the issue on the site and, if not corrected, will refund the user’s payment according to the refund terms.

Security:

• The internet, like all other communication channels, has its own insecurities. Therefore, despite MrGPL’s continuous efforts to maintain the security of its servers, users are informed that it accepts no responsibility for the insecurity of users’ connections to its servers.

Refunds:

• For the convenience of users, product returns are possible up to 30 days after purchase.
• If the return request includes the following cases, the amount paid will be added to the account balance so that the user can purchase another product:
  • The product with the GPL license is not activated and the plugin has no functionality (requesting an activation code by the product is not included in this section and is only acceptable if all parts of the plugin are not working).
  • The product file has a problem and no result has been obtained from the product support.

Conditions for Non-Refund in MrGPL:

• Due to providing better services and preventing misuse, refunds for products and special subscriptions are not possible in the following cases:
  • User errors: wrong product or subscription selection, duplicate purchases, not paying attention to features and descriptions, not paying attention to installation requirements, inability to use due to lack of technical knowledge.
  • Product changes: updates and changes in new versions of the product (removal or addition of parts of it) are not a basis for a refund.
  • Conflicts and inconsistencies: problems due to conflicts between the product and other plugins or scripts on the user’s site are not refundable.
  • Not needing and not using: not needing the product after purchase, not using the product for any reason.
  • Discontinued products: products that have been removed from the MrGPL sales list are not refundable.
  • Special subscriptions: Under no circumstances are special subscriptions refundable in MrGPL.

Before Purchase:

• Responsibility for checking product quality: The user is obliged to fully check the quality of the product, buyer reviews, user comments, buyer ratings, product preview, original seller description in the preview link, and descriptions on the product page (if any) and similar items before purchasing.

Privacy:

• Confidentiality of information: All user information on the site is stored confidentially and will not be accessible to third parties, except in cases where user information is requested by judicial authorities.

Special Subscription Limitations:

• Download limit: With a special subscription, users can download a maximum of 20 products per day. This amount cannot be renewed until the next day.

Product Updates:

• No commitment to updates: MrGPL does not make any commitment to update the product for users and can stop updating the product at any time. The user has no right to protest this issue.
• Update duration: For products for which updates are provided, MrGPL does not have a commitment to the duration of providing updates to the user and the product update can take from 1 to 14 days.

Support:

• No free support: MrGPL does not provide support services for products and has no information about the product’s functionality. To receive product support services, support packages must be purchased.
• Efforts to solve problems: Users who purchase support packages should note that MrGPL does not guarantee the solution of their problems and there may be a problem that cannot be solved by MrGPL. However, MrGPL experts will make every effort to resolve the issues.
• Limitations of support packages: Support packages are not intended to make changes to the product and are only for troubleshooting installation and use. MrGPL has no right to make any changes to the product under any circumstances.

GPL License Limitations:

• Limitations set by the seller: For GPL licenses, limitations are usually set by the sellers (such as the problem of importing demos for some templates). This will not be a reason for returning the product.

How to Request a Refund:

• Create a support ticket: To request a refund, the user must create a support ticket in the “Refund Request” department.
