If you require assistance, we offer Paid Support Packs which can be purchased separately. These services include professional installation and basic troubleshooting for specific items.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Since the products are intangible and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a download has occurred or a subscription has been activated.

Refunds will only be considered if a product is completely non-functional or if there was a technical error on our side that prevented you from accessing the service after successful payment.

Access to updates for themes and plugins is available only during the term of an active subscription. Once your subscription expires, you may continue to use the versions you have already downloaded, but you will lose access to new updates and our Update Manager plugin.

We strive to keep our repository updated daily; however, we do not guarantee that every product will be updated immediately upon the developer's release. Availability is subject to the developer's release cycle and our internal verification processes.
